Joys of Babies!

Not long ago, I had the good fortune of being at an ultrasound of a dear friend of mine. How fascinating it was! To see the little legs and feet and hands and ears and nose all snuggling up inside his mother.
It is truly remarkable how life continues to come to earth.

I am in love with babies. And who isn't? I know we always talk about how smelly they are and how much they cry and deprive us of sleep. But who can fill a heart more full of love than a perfect, pure, little child? Babies bring excitement and hope into the world—hope that this world really can be sweet and simple and beautiful (just like a baby); and hope that people can love unconditionally, just as a baby or young child loves his mother unconditionally. Yes, babies bring light to the world. How nice of heaven to grace us with these pure souls.
